This month it’s going to be my 30th birthday. Being married and having a kid, my last couple of birthdays have been very low key affairs. So for my 30th, I planned to spend a lot of $$$ on myself, go wild, go on a trip etc etc.
However, last night I had a weird dream. I was in a room with many people and everyone was being asked how much he/she has given money to charity. And for some reason, Michal Jordan shows up and says he will match each donation. Jordan comes to me and asks what I have given and I said nothing. And Jordan says to me…I won’t give anything if you don’t give something. You won’t get anything if you don’t give something.
The dream then ends.
So now I can considering donating $500.00 to charity on my birthday and not spend anything on myself. I feel like the dream is some kind of message to me for never donating to charity.
Do you think it is just a dream and I should ignore it or maybe it was something else.
