i feel so depressed about my weight

i just wish i could lose all this excess weight that i have gained over the last few years

i used to be a size 8 i just wish i could be that again

i just dont think i can do it any more :frowning:

Commitment to working out and controlled diet is the only answer, qasmey it's killing me too. My progress is like a tortois. :( Within 2 months i only lost 5 lbs but i am going to do it this time!! [hopefully]

Guys don't worry....where there is a will there is a way!

Try one of those diet plans you can get from weightwatchers : )

i have been on god knows wht all diets its just like.....i mean i feel as if nothing is working :(

are the two of you working out at all? Diet alone will not do much if you aren't burning that extra fat.

hey sajal well i used to work out at the gym 6 days a week 1 hr cardio and 30 abs stretches n all and a 45 mins walk in the evening but i dun hav any energy in me now coz all i eat is thin air lol and fresh jucies dat no food at all as im just scared and i hav a baby boy so am always up n down taking care of him aswell but still am not happy now as i am getting extra lazy now and depressed coz ov all dis i just wana be like a size 8 :(

^ the fact that ur eating is the reason for weight loss im much bigger then u in size and i managed to drop dress sizes in like 3 months through healthy EATING and working out u need to do some form of exercise thats the only thing that works along side healthy eating if u dont wana eat much jus avoid fatty foods like fried stuff junk food etc :) it will work out for u insallah

u know wht to do or where u ve gone wrong its just that like all of us u guys r just not doing it . somewhere inside we all know what we have to do to achieve our goals in life but we just dont do it .
start eating sensible n workin out inshAllah u will be there in no time.
