Weight training along with loosing weight?

Is it a good idea to do both together OR should the weight be lost first and then weight training should be done.

I need to know what the book says and also what you guys have experienced yourself :slight_smile:

If you build up more muscles mass, you'll automatically lose weight. Since muscles burn calories constantly. So yeah, go pump some iron.
