i have huge buts and legs. the upper part of my body is quiet in order.pls suggest an easy exercise as i have a very busy schedule.

Take some time out for your body..do certain things and inshallah you will be in better shape after couple of months.
1: Eat less but eat healthy food try to avoid sugry stuff like donut, halwa etc..
2: Excerise (very very important) for your butt and legs cardio, elptical and squats are good for you.

Sir G very easy join the gym near your house or office. Atleast spend 45 mints or 1 hr and set your routine but you have to stick with your routine.
