Using " matter cannot be created nor destroyed" and the avagadros number for, I guess hydrogen atom being 6.023(or .022) -10^23grams what would be the weight of the soul?
Keep in mind “matter part” while solving this puzzle, cause if matter cannot be created nor destroyed then it must be a constant.

Yes using quantum theory I would agree, but then you will also have to take in consideration duality and unpredicatable electron spins. In other words while Einstien created a new physics he also spent the rest of his lifetime proving it wrong.
But for simplicity sake lets stick with newtonian physics.

if the guy siht when he died his weight is going to be lighter, so your calculations will equate siht with soul
OR
if the guy inhaled air while weighing and you killed him then his soul wt =air.
SO using your methodology soul weight would equal either siht or air.

The flaw here is the lack of evidence to suggest that the soul is either matter or energy.
In which case, it could not be governed by any currently identified laws of physics.

No. The Big Bang states that all matter was originally concentrated in one location and diffused out explosively from there, and frankly that’s confirmed in the Quran where God says He separated the heavens and the earth.
But one of God’s names is Al-Khaliq : The Creator. He creates things.

Well dependent on how we are defining abstract and concrete - if we can weigh something or not - then yes. Religion be it a social construct or an all pervasive truth - you cannot put it in a box, just like consciousness.

You have just proved that if a soul did exist, it would not exist as matter. Yes, you can pretty much replace that with if X did exist in a human body, it does not exist as matter. But since there is a claim that X is a soul that exists, then we must consider an alternative possiblity before claiming that it doesnt exist. Hence the soul could be energy, it might even be an abstract concept like the tendency of matter to organize itself into higher forms, it could be the root cause of consciousness. a weighing scale cannot detect such things. You have to remember, its not just matter and energy that exist in this universe, but a third facet: information.
Ofcourse, our detection or understanding of the soul is quite dependent on how sure we are on our belief in science’s validity and accuracy AND at what stage humankind is (i.e. energy ->matter->consciousness…whats to say there aren’t higher heirarchies?)
