i am trying to go to loss weight , so i wanted to know if anyone has ever used weight losing pill and did it work ???
Re: weight lossing pills
Yes it did, but I put all the weight back and more as soon as I came off them. Not good :(
Re: weight lossing pills
i agree
Re: weight lossing pills
I've heard that it isn't safe to use weight lose pills as they can be dangerous, and some of them can raise your blood pressure..
You can better try losing weight in a healthy and natural way..
Re: weight lossing pills
My sister used them for a while and ended up having cardiac troubles. This, in a 20-something year old, otherwise healthy gal.
Not a good idea. If you're overweight, join Weight Watchers. Eat healthy and in moderation. Stay AWAY from those "instant success" weight loss remedies. They're BIG trouble.
Re: weight lossing pills
i am trying to exercise and diet for about 2 month and it doesn,t seen to work , so that is y i thought of trying a weight loss pill
Re: weight lossing pills
i would think in this day and age it is common sense not to put some pill in your body unless you've researched its side effects/harms etc...i mean even google works....
the secret to losing weight is simple...your body should burn more energy than it consumes. physical activity in the form of exercise and/or watching your diet is the guaranteed way.
Re: weight lossing pills
It seems to be a tendency for people that are not tremendously overweight to oversimplify the weight loss process.
As a person that has spent decades struggling with thyroid problems and weight issues, I can categorically tell you that simply burning more than you consume does not necessarily represent the most effective remedy to weight gain.
There are "pills" that need to be prescribed by your doctor after a detailed examination and testing. In fact, this should be done by a specialist and not your GP.
It is true that most OTC diet remedies are not good for you. But there are medical aids available through prescriptions that can help. In any event, fast weight loss is never good. The slower you take it off the longer you are likely to keep it off.
Re: weight lossing pills
if you have like two legs, try walking that helps.
