hi guys
i need to know a quick way to lose 15-20 lbs within a month or two…i am getting married by the end of april and i want to look good on my wedding…i need helpp…

ok well 15-20lbs is too much in a month i think but try to eat healthly avoid junk food such as fiizzy drinks cakes etc eat three meals a day

join the gym, go on walks etc stay active and drink a lot of water. it'll detox your body too giving you good clear skin etc

Ive been drinking lemon with water and eating healthy. Such as having yogurts for breakfast a fruit or veggie salad for lunch and dinner is a small portion of whatever my mommy or I make. Ive lost a few lbs. but have gone down to a size zero. Try that! it should work

too much, but maybe u cna lose a stone thats 14lbs, depends how overweight you are. if you are v overwiegh then its possible. if you are just slightly overweight then your best bet will be around 10lbs max on a healthy diet.

the most you can lose is 8lbs in a month (about 2 lbs a week) and thats only if you work out every day (at least 45 minutes of cardio plus weights) and eat NOTHING unhealthy- just a very pure vegetable, fruit, and lean protein diet.

I Strongly Suggest to Adi joining a gym and get a full assesement done with the Gym Instructor on your Goals and for your individual circumstance how to reach them:

A Standard recomendation i suggests is:

DIET:

Cut down on the fatty and sugary refined foods.
Refined foods always contain excess fat and excess carbohydrate that sugars.

The more u do of natural food and less of unnatural the better.

If u do have to eat them dont intake any after 6pm, or whatver the time is that you dont go out after. As any carbs eaten during this period will not be burnt for energy and they will store as fat in your body.

EXCERSICE:

Do cardio-vascular exercise 45 minutes a session for atleast 4-5 sessions a week.

The treadmill is the by far the best cardio-vasuclar for loosing all-round weight, and many a times alone does the job.
Your excercise session should consist atleast 60-70% of just pure treadmill.

Sit-Ups and other ab taregeting resistance excercises will be good for trhe stomach.

Once again since you have specific goals and timeframe i strongly advise you to go for the fitness instructor who will map out a plan and discipline best suited to you.

And yes do download and listen to Rocky music during excercise..a good motivator.
