Weight loss

Hi people…How are u?
I need to loose weight, becuase I have gain lots of weight…If anyone have any weightloss advice or if anyone is on a dietplan or something can you tell me about it like what are u eating and when u are eating and about exersize and stuff like that??And waht are u doing to stay motivated??

And people who already are thin what do u do to stay thin/slimmy??

I want loose weight but its so hard…I dont want to look to thin but I want to look and feel good…

Im a fitness instructor so i can give u a bit of advice on the training side of things. I dont know where ur from or if u go to a health club or not otherwise i could advise u on what classes to do to maxmize fat burn. I teach the bts classes at my health club and they r a fantastic way of maintaining or losing weight.
If u r training have protein with some form of carbohydrate for your breakfast and lunch. This will keep ur energy levels high and stop u from snacking. U can snack on a handful of nuts or fruit if hungry. I teach classes in the evenings so abt 2 hrs b4 my 1st high energy cardio class i have a bowl of porridge as its slow releasing carbs and allows me to go really mad in my teaching sessions. Then after teaching i have no carbs...just protein with either veg or a salad. I dont follow diets cos u gain the weight straight back as soon as u leave it. Try and do classes at ur health club or gym if u r a member of 1. Bodypump, bodycombat and RPM r very good for weightloss. Bodyattack is a harder class and u have to be pretty fit to be able to keep up as ur heart rate really goes up as its interval training.
I train 6 days a week and run early most mornings. However i have to b that mad cos of the job i do. I hope this helps a bit.

Yes, if you want shift fat fast best thing is to start attending your local gym or exercise at home at least 4-5 times a week, 30mins per session at least. Also, take a look at your diet, try to eat more of fresh fruit and vegetables where possible and drink plenty of water.

I've tried the Special K Cereal diet and found it helped me shed a couple of pounds over 4 weeks as i wanted to lose abit of weight for an occasion only a month away.
