weight LOSS

I wana lose weight, almost 10 pounds…

In 6 months time i am gonna get married. Give me so simple diest plans…
and i hear in pakistan there is a chinese hospital in islamabad and they sell some kida soup which helps o reduce weight (like 10 pounds in a week)
Do you guys think it is safe to take that cuz they say there is no side effect…

Those Chinese ppl would tell u not to eat anything else except soup and boiled chicken or something like that. So you would loose weight cause of not eating and not because you are drinking the soup. :stuck_out_tongue:

I lost 8 in a month..it's very doable..exercise and eat right...drink water..jog..jog..jog

30mins a day is all u need...an intense 30 mins.

10 lb in 6 months is very easy

I can loose 10 lb in a month
and put it back on in the next :D

There is no magic portion in losing weight .. it takes time ... eat less .. do more exercise ... eat small portion at meal time and drink a cup of water before each meal ... add more vegs and fruit to your diet and limit the amount of snacks you eat ... do take breakfast or else you end up eating more at lunch .. thats all i can think of now ... hope it helps ... :-)

Its not that hard to lose 10 lbs in 6 months if you really go for it.
*drink lots of water
*eat only when you are hungry
*try filling up with vegetables, salads etc before the meal.
*replace full fat versions with lowfat if possible for milk, cereal etc
*do some form of cardio atleast 5 days a week for atleast 30-45 mins each time

From my experience, the main thing is portion control. We tend to eat bigger portions of everything without realising it. When you think you are ready to do this, only then start. If you need a partner, PM me :) I need some motivation to get back on track.

excercise and cut down what you eat by half. when i say excercise i mean sweat it out like a dog. quick fixes dont work.

Take up a hobby or sport that gives you a good cardiovascular workout. Like biking, swimming or jogging.

10 lbs in six months is certainly do-able. There's so many threads already with weight loss advice so it might be worth doing a search for them.

NOW thats a workout…:k: so it at ur best when u are at it.. no pain no gain err.. loss..

Workout....jogging is best and sweat it out as much as possible while jogging or using the treadmill. Also, watch your dietary intake on a consistent basis.
