As many of us always say here…your diet is only part of your weight loss plan. The other part should consist of exercise.
It really depents on how much you are trying to lose. Personally, I think working out for only 30 minz 3 times a days is only going to help you maintain your weight. If you want to lose it you have to put in more time and effort. You also need to include some form of strength training. A combination of strength training and cardio will give you the best results.
protein diets can work for some people but not all…try it and see if it works for you. play around with other diets as well but always make sure you are getting all/most of your major food groups in as well. You dont want to lack any vitamins and minerals while doing so.
IMO it’s best to avoid fad diets…just eat everything but it should be portion controlled if your goal is to lose weight. Eat what you want but dont overdue it or overindulge. That’s the best diet out there because your body wont be craving certain foods. :k:
