Weight Loss Program through Diet for Grooms (and Brides if you wanna take part).

This is what i have already started for my sisters wedding and ive got my sisters fiance on the same diet and regime also. Ladies, this regime can also appky to you aswell.

Breakfast -
1 slice of whole meal toast
Glass of orange juice (if you want tea or coffee reduce the sugar and use low fat milk)
bowl of bran cereal (such as special k or muesli)
1-2 boiled eggs
*you can alternate so you dont eat the same things over and over again. you can subsitute the cereal for porridge, instead of the 1-2 boiled eggs you can have an egg white ommlette cooked in low fat butter. *

Mid Morning Snack -
1 apple or a brunchbar
tea/coffee (redcued sugar and low fat milk)
you can alternate so you dont eat the same things over and over again. you can substitute the tea or coffee with green tea, fruit juice or even a protein shake. and the apple or brunch bar can be substituded for dried fruit or 1-2 biscuits.

Lunch -
Tuna sandwich on brown bread with one banana and fruit juice
or grilled chicken breast with lettuce or cabbage
if you feel like having a bigger lunch, then feel free to do so. do remeber though that it will take you longer to digest so if you do have a bigger meal or one with more calories, then dont have the late afternoon snack.

late afternoon snack -
glass of milk or orange juice and a handlefull of chopped fruit or nuts
tip: take a small container to work with you with a mixture of peanuts, cashews, almonds, pistachios etc. they are very cheap, good snack and provide the necessry vitamnins you need, if you are allergic to nuts, have fruit or even 1-2 biscuits.

**Dinner **-
if u want roti then eat 1 roti (preferably brown or medium flour NOT WHITE!)
**or **grilled chicken or tuna with boiled vegetables.

heres a tip guys. do not eat less than 2 hours before going bed. that does not give your body enough time to digest your food.

a lot of you may tink that you will feel incredibly hungry and the aove wont fill you. IT WILL! trust me.
all you have to do is drink 2 gglasses of water before eating. that suppresses your big appetite and provides your body with the correct amount of hydration.

worked well so far.

sisters fiance has lost 8 pouds in the first week with strength and cardio exercise everyday.

depends on what exercise you wish to do.

for men i would say that unless you want to go for the built up body builder physique, go for the cardio.

women, you as well. do plenty of cardio such as running, brisk walking, rowing (basically anything that gets you out of breath and increases your heart heartbeat).

top that off with toning exercises such as lunges, squats etc then youll be fine.

TOP TIP - a great way to combine all of the above is swimming. its great cardio and you use all body muscles.
