Weight loss post pregnancy

My sister gained about 50-60 lbs during pregnancy (yeah, she really ballooned lol) and now four months after having the baby, she still has 40 lbs left to lose. What is the best way for her to lose the weight? She really doesnt have time for the gym and goes for a run every morning, but is there anything else she could do at the gym for a max of 2 days a week that would help her lose the weight quick without leaving her with loose skin?
