I know someone who has around 20 kaalay chaanay ( it says brown chickpeas on packet ) leaves them soaked overnight and in morning eats them slowly chewing it and drinks the water 30 mins before brekky and has good results :)
nahe mai ny tu whaite chany khaye thy or mughy bohat frak pra hai.

Losing weight is very simple. Eat whole, fresh foods (not processed) in moderation. Drink lots of water. And exercise.
