Weight Loss Issues

Why is it so hard to accept that everyone looses weight differently. Some loose with less hardwork, some happen to not loose much even with alot of hardwork. I know it can be quite depressing but life is not always fair so better you deal with it with positivity.

I know people who happen to loose upto 7-10kgs in a month where as some are able to loose that much only in a year. So it all depends on your body type, your metabolism and your overall health condition. What a fail to understand is that most nutrionists/docs give same diet to every patient without giving their lifestyle/circumstances/health a through check up.

I am personally not up for weight loss thru medication as i believe its not worth it to take another illness/disease for the place of another. So better you work hard yourself and get results that way. I can understand that in extreme cases people may need help thru medicines/treatments but it’s weird esp seeing young and not THAT fat/obese people go through this route. AND also it’s important to be aware of your body type/bone structure to know whether the zero size or very thin look is even possible for you. Don’t aim for anything that is not gonna happen no matter how much you try unless ofcourse you are going for body frame sculpting which obviously no sane person would.

Work hard and get results. That's the right and the only way to go about it.
