So I started college and gained the freshman 15 but for me it was like 20 so now im trying to remove it. Help me out if u can by providing some motivation and maybe this will motivate others…lets see how it goes
Today was day 1 and it was hard
2 bioled eggs for breakfast
1.5 cups vegetable in a no carb dressing for lunch
tuna cakes from one egg, 2 spoons cream cheese and egg with some mayo for dinner
for excercise i did the shred
it was going so well and then my stupid cuz offered me some gum so i had that…grrr
Tmro I really wanna add an hour of running/walking to the mix and then another go at th shred at night
The menu for tmro: 2 boiled eggs again for breakfast, vegetables from yesterday again for lunch, and chicken breast roll with broccoli and maybe some cheese for dinner
Think your doing it wrong by panicing about gum? seriously. gum is gum, take some suger free is your that paranoid, but these little things like gum dont make a difference. neither does tea, if you have it without sugar.
wheres ur carbs? and its too many eggs, if you having 2 every day.....have 1 boiled egg with wholemeal toast, rather than 2 eggs, itl be better for you. the dinners sound fine.
it does soundboring you may lose interest after a week, as well as weight. try mixing it up..?
when i was losing weight, had chikcn tandoori almost daily, because i loved it.,so i grilled boneless chicken strips and added soe veg to it...yum.....
yeah it was kind of boring but thats all i have in in my fridge right now lol. Im adding a ton of chicken dishes and like chilli and things like that. as for the veges it was carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower i think. im trying to stay low carb.
these past holidays were the hardest, christmas and new years break. my mom makes the most tasty food in the world, it's hard to say no to all that good food and plus when you're around family and in the holiday mood having fun, it's ok to indulge a bit and i did. i gained 1 pound but lost two pounds after coming back from my parents place. so it's all good
can't believe i didn't gain much weight, thank the lord
