weight loss and tonning

Ok i dont understand when people just try and loose all those extra pounds by dieting and not even excercising. How do they tone up?. Or even if they excercise like go for a jog or do treadmil dont they need some special excercises, machines for tonning up?. I think most people just think about lossing weight but dont pay much attention to the tonning part.

I am trying to loose some weight but i am at the same time concerned about the tonning part so i think going to a gym and getting help from an instructor will be beneficial. What do you guys think?. Also i have heard that even loosing like 10 pounds can give you loose skin

but who would want another problem to deal with after all the hardwork of loosing weight so isnt it better to tone up along with loosing weight.

the good way of losing weight is to concentrate on ur diet and do exercise. Now, if those two things are going good for you, i doubt you will have to deal with loose skin, given that you concentrate on exercise, preferably exercises which involve lifting weights, ever after you start seeing the results..

Also, make sure you're well hydrated throughout the day.

You cannot pin point a specific area on ur body from which you want to lose weight from. It is impossible. To lose weight, you have to lower ur overall body fat %. For that, you will have to work on every single body part.. the exercises do not have to be intense, some of the examples of total body workout would be to go for swimming, biking etc..
