Just wondering if it is common to have lost lot of weight and eyesight gone worse? I have lost 10-13 lbs in 1.5 months and with that my eyesight has dropped significantly…so bad that I can’t even drive properly with my contacts or glasses and need to get my prescription checked right away. No, I did not starve myself but lost it the right way and have been taking all my vitamins, proteins and everything. But it really sucks that my eyes have gotten soo bad. I am not sure if weightloss is related to eyesight but I am just stipulating Anyone experienced it??
How is your blood sugar?
Rapid weight loss and weight gain can effect your sugar levels, and that can also effect our eye-sight.
It could be totally unrelated, but it would be better to check it out.
hit the gym everyday and see the results…trust me it works …you just need to be focused and you will feel greattt after. Complete cut back on anything sugary and also beef, 2 biggest culprits. Eat fish(salman, tilipia etc) 2-3 times a week with veggies. Many more small changes we can discuss if you want
Although I do not recommend such rapid loss, it is certainly not healthy.

How do I get my sugar level tested? Do I need to go the doctor or can I just do that with diebatic strip tester that one of my coworker has?
Yeh um I was suffering from certain problems and weight was a problem but alhum I got it down to 5 kgs under my optimum weight for my height so I am happy about that :) I lost 17 kgs to come down to 65 kgs at 5 11 height.
Yeh it could be that, get it checked from an ENT specialist.
I have lost 20 lbs in 4 months by walking for an hr everyday and watching my diet. I mostly eat salads and vegies. I have also noticed that I am having vision problems.

wow thanks for your input. I am thinking it definitely has to do with iron intake or vitamin B, even though I take multivitamins everyday.
Reminds me, I might not be suffering from vision problems because I already take 2 tablets of Iron and 2 tablets of Folic Acid everyday because of my Aneamia thing.
I don't know I lost like 37.4 pounds in around 2 and a half months and my eyesight is the same. I have no idea why this is happening with you.

The sharp weight loss is an alarming sign of your health as you also lose your eyesight with weight loss. You seriously need to consult your doctor to get instant treatment. You should also take fresh juices and other minerals to increase your health condition.
The weight loss is not that much. (As in 2lb a week is fine). You need to see a Dr because it’s either you have very low blood sugar or vitamin A deficiency is my guess. But you need to see a doctor.
