I am in a desperate need of loosing weight. I cant fit any of my clothes anymore. They are just so tight and makes me look pregnant.
I have gained almost 12 kg and need to loose them all if not 15 kg in total! My BMI is close to being overwieght very soon!!
I dont exercise much but when I do begin, then my body starts looking thinner.
My metabolism has changed but is within the normal range if I can put it that way. And the past few years I have been ill (infections) so been somehow drowned in that and not noticing my increasing weight that much. Perhaps I have been sleeping for these 2 years..hmm!
So my metabolism is normal though changed. I usually eat grilled food in the oven and aviod to much fat in my food. I get bloated when I eat wheat, sugar, yeast and stuff like that…
I think I have too much water in my body and need a body drain.what is the best way to do it? I have tried a few products but they havent helped much!
What kind of exercise is advised for quick effect for someone who hasnt been exercising much??
I want to loose all this weight before I get pregnant. And I want to loose it within the next 6 months.
Walking is a wonderful way to start. Maybe work your way up to jogging.
As far as losing weight, my mom struggled with all kinds of diets over the years. Then she tried Weight Watchers and this was the only one that worked. She lost a total of 65 pounds, it took close to a year but she has kept the weight off and she looks and feels great now.

Where are you located? And can you afford a personal trainer? They don't charge like people generally think. You should consider it if you really want results.
I'm not really a diet pill fan nor do i trust them. but this one im using recently is a Chinese herbal medicine called Zhen De Shou. It has no side effects and made me lose 2 kgs in 4 days. But when buying it you should be sure that its original. People are hoaxed into buying fake ones which are cheaper and deadly.

^ if its an herbal tea, it probably means its pretty much all laxative. those are NOT a safe way to lose weight and you’ll most likely put it all back on again, plus it’ll shred your insides. my aunt did it to lose pregnancy weight- stupidest thing she’s ever done! she lost the weight, sure, but at the cost of severe stomach pain and almost constant diarrhea. ew. so not worth it. and now that she’s eating normally again, its all come back.
you said when you exercise you lose weight- awesome! thats the best way to do it- try to work out at least 4 times a week- go for a brisk walk or a run, go to the gym, lift weights at home, jump rope, whatever it takes to get you moving. basically do a lot of cardio, lift weights to tone yourself (this doesn’t have to be complicated - even a pair of heavy dictionaries will help to tone your arms, for instance.) there are tons of websites online that tell you how to do which exercises- just pick a few and start off!
if you feel bloated after eating wheat, talk to your doctor. you might have gluten intolerance- the doctor will be able to help you manage that.
and most of all, set yourself reasonable goals. don’t get discouraged if weight loss doesn’t happen right away and don’t rely on your scale! go by the fit of your clothing- when they start to feel looser, you know you’re doing good!
6 months is a reasonable amount of time to get into shape- just be focused, concentrate on eating lots of vegetables and fruits, and you’ll reach your goals!
how long have u been trying this .what rules to follow when u r using this plz in detail thanks
well its not a laxative. laxatives can give you diarrhea and in worse cases can even lead to colon cancer.
Alhamdulillah these pills haven't given me any side effects till date. I dont feel hungry and i don't get any cravings. Besides its not fussy at all.
all i do is take the pill half an hour before breakfast and thats it. I dont have to go on a crash diet or watch what i eat because im not tempted. I eat less than what i usually used to eat and thats because(as i said before) im not tempted. it even increases your metabolism that is why it is important to have it before your breakfast.
i know its too good to be true. But honestly you will know when you try it yourself. I get really scared when i actually recommend this product. the reason being that people get hustled into buying the fake ones and end up in the hospital. So just for the record make sure you buy the authentic one.

highly doubtful. The internet is full of crap medications and spam marketing these days. I would keep my money in my pocket.
