Weight lifting in Ramadan

So what are your thoughts about it? And what’s the best way? I force myself to go the gym a couple hours before Iftar. Its hard, but I just can’t get up after Iftar LOL

bad idea. Give it a rest in Ramadan. Or, at least lower your frequency of visits.

go before iftari, you wont die, nor will you lose much.
