Ok i know people are always asking about weight loss here but i have a different question. I gained about 10 pounds last year and no matter what i do i cannot get it off. I used to be really overweight as a child, but starting exercising and eating properly and lost the weight by the time I was 16.
This 10 lbs is really fustrating me because I used to be able to lose weight really quickly, if I ate light one day I would lose 2 or 3 lbs the next day( i don’t care if it was just water weight) . Now if I really watch my diet the whole week, I still do not lose a single pound.
I even went to Pakistan last month for 4 weeks, and was eating like crazy, but still didn’t really gain weight when i came back…which is ok i guess but I used to lose weight in pakistan too.
Do you think there’s something wrong with me and I should go to the doctor?
by the way i’m only 21
