biryani lots of it, it really helps to gain weight.
Carbs. Eat lots of breads, roti, peanut butter, rice, pasta, etc.

^^ cuz normally when people are trying to loose weight it is recommended to eat no carbs after 6 or 7 pm ... and if hungry then better eat albuminious things like milk , joghurt a sausage or whateva else is a protein food ... cuz having eaten protein things the last helps the fat burning process at night while we sleeping even better and carbs do the opposite ..
I remember when i was in the middle of my i want to loose some weight mission, i sometimes coudnt resist eating some fried chicken rice at night ... and i did that for quite a while as my husband always brought me some from his workplace ...
and then one day i read that carbs eaten after 6 o `clock ( dun remember excact time ) dun help u loosing weight .... as they slow down the fat burning process at night
