Weight Gain

I want to gain weight(around 2-3 Kg’s) but I want the fat to be somehow directed to my arms & not the tummy.
Is there any way to do this?:aq:

Also what should I eat which will help me gain weight in a healthy way.(not fries & the other junk foods)

I want to gain kumseykum 2 Kg’s & not more than 7 Kg’s but I dont want the fat to go to the tummy I just want the 2-3 Kg’s of fat to be directed towards the arms.
Is that possible? If so then how?

aur exercise mai kya karoon? walking everyday?jogging?sit-ups?

There is no way you can program fat so it goes in a certain area...the only way you can increase size in a healthy way is by building muscle.

So work out using free weights.

I've struggled with this issue for my son who is now 8 and its a tough thing. Carnation Instant Breakfast is a godsend. Helathy calories packed into 8 oz of whole milk. Benecalorie (buy this online at walgreens). Cook everything with healthy oils like extra virgin olive oil. Take extra zinc.

Little Princess, it is impossible for you to transfer fat from one part of the body to another. If you eat calorie packed meals and sit still all day long, chances of the fat to gain in ur tummy is very likely. What you need to do is to gain healthy weight...and the only way you can do that is by weight training and eating the right type of food. You will also have to show patience for that.

Eat food which contains more protein in it. Eggs,milk,chicken breasts,lean meat. Start doing cardio and weight training atleast 2 to 3 times a weak. You'll see the difference.
