If you try to gain weight by eating tons of McDonalds...you will just gain fat around your stomach and hips. Not really appealing to your health nor your eyes.
Just eat small meals through out the day and do some exercises. Remember muscle weighs more than fat.

Re: Weight gain tips?
LOL, thanks lambo5688.
I eat tons of small meals throughout the day. I have never cared much about gaining weight before but I lost a lot during my exams back in April and since then none of my clothes fit me properly :(
I want to gain back whatever I lost but nothing is helping. I am not a junk food lover either, and rotis, rice, aaloos, none of these things are working.
A friend told me about weight gain milkshakes, but I don't know if it's a good idea to drink those. I am leaning towards them now though, because I really need my dresses to fit perfectly!
Re: Weight gain tips?
sleeping after eating
Re: Weight gain tips?

Re: Weight gain tips?
Wonder why you've lost weight when you said you ate more. Have you been working out or have been stressed out lately? Maybe you think you are eating more, but aren't. Or you're eating more, but more low calorie foods, thus totaling to a lower calorie intake?
Try to keep a tally of calories you've eaten to ensure you've been eating more. 3500 calories =1 lb so try to increase your intake in 1 week to gain 1 lb.
Re: Weight gain tips?
u can try Mega Mass or something like that
Re: Weight gain tips?
Work out - Get Buff.
Re: Weight gain tips?
Dairy foods! Eat lots of cheese, and use cream or half n half in your tea or coffee.
Re: Weight gain tips?
sleeping after eating
that worked for me
Re: Weight gain tips?
Dandi04, I was stressed due to exams back in April, and I was living all alone so I totally stopped eating back then. I was eating maybe one apple a day for a couple of weeks. Since then I have been unable to gain weight. You are right about eating a lot but the foods with low calories. I usually eat lots and lots of rice and drink lots and lots of water. I am going to start keeping a tally of my calorie intake from now on
Re: Weight gain tips?
Spoko, 1st and foremost you need to figure you what your daily maintenance calorie level is, you can find endless calculators by just a single search on google. You need to consume in 300 to 500 calories above maintenance to start gaining weight.
Fries or Mcdonalds is full of bad cholestrols so avoid that as much as you can, also you don't need any weight gainers at this point of time and Mega Mass is a big no no also as its very high in sugars. Same goes with some dairy products as all they will give you is fat and fat just doesn't look good no matter how skinny the individual is. Being skinny is always better than having flabs of fat to carry, trust me.
Try taking in your calories through Beef, chicken, eggs, milk, steel cut oats, bananas. These are all good foods with lots of protein (protein is the main fuel to build quality muscle) and calories to offer.
Also, try joining a gym if you really want to look good. Start off with light weighted exercises and gradually move on to heavy weighted ones once your body is prepared enough.
If you find it hard to calculate your daily maintenance calorie level just mention your weight, height and any energy intense sports you participate in, I will respond back with close to accurate figures shortly.
Good Luck and please eat healthy.

He wants to gain some weight, but I'm pretty sure he doesn't want to get heart diseases or even a heart attack when he reaches his early forties. So the best solution, which is also healthy at that, is to work out at the gym and eat healthy.
