Does anybody know of any websites with full body stretches and weight-free exercises that can be done in the privacy of ones bedroom?
My mates all go to the gym but I think weight trainign is stupid, for one big muscles are ugly, I think swimmer type bodies look far sexier and weights are not really good for your bones in the long run..
Does anyone know of any decent weight-less circuit-training program to exercise all the muscles in the body (or the major ones)?
I know there’s sit-ups and press-ups but can’t think of much else…
I’m also looking for decent full body stretches, I found some but they’re stupid and involve too much lying down..

pull 2 chairs and do dips, jump rope, box (if u dont have a box just act like ur hitting one)
and for push ups ..... try inclining ur body by setin ur foot above ur body level (use a sofa or a chair) try to do one handed and diamonds.

Thanks dude, I'll keep that in mind but I'm kind of looking for a full program like which exercises to do and how often to do them...
Somebody once posted a weight-free circuit-training program but I can't find it..
Does anyone have any websites? Like I said I'm not too keen on using weights or getting big, just healthy/strong/slim-toned...

although i disagree with what u think about having nice big muscles… i would wanna know where u got the information of weight training and the side effects u get from it?.. ( u said…weights aren’t good for bones in the long run)..
weight training is one thing that once u get in to it…its hard to quit…trust me.. ask me…I’ve been lifting heavy ass weights for the past 3 years.. and if i don’t hit gym within 2/3 days… i go insane…so its kinda like an addiction… it makes me strong, energetic, makes me wanna pump up my muscles, increases ur stamina, ur power, ur flexibility, ur endurance and most of all it plays a big role in increasing ones confidence level…take my words for it…
as far as ur question is concerned i think the following site gives u pretty much every exercise and along with that the stretches for that particular muscle. Click on any muscle group exercise …left side will be the exercises with weights and on the right side there the stretches… Hope it’s what you’re looking for..
