There is a big ship cruise, there is sailing, some hiking trails are very kid friendly - your little one might like exploring nature. The beach is small and sad but to 15 month old it’s all the same (sand and water) 
You can rent bikes with a baby carrier, horse buggy ride around the lake, fishing and you can even take him/her on a raft in shallow water if you want.
