A few examples.
Chicken shashlick prepared the sticks and freeze them when you need to cook take them out , either bake or fry and that is it.
Chicken Jalfrezie . let it marinate in a bag or box and leave it in fridge or freezer , when you need to cook take it out and cook it.
Fish fry , bakes , just let it marinate till you need to cook and cook it in the nick of time .
Seikh kabab, shami kabab, chapli kabab, chicken , goat , lamb karahi all can be put togather and kept in freezer ,on, cook it when you need it basis.
These are some ideas , possibilities are endless use your imagination.
