Hi everyone!
So from what I’ve heard… most people tend to go with Syed Studios in Chicago. However, I don’t want the traditional photographs; I’m looking for someone with more of an edge / modern sophistication.

There are many photographers and videographers in chicago and the greater area. There is High Dynamic photography and the guy in charge is Saud Kazi. He does some very good work. Check out his work on his website. Also, Amna Siddiqui is really good in getting photojournalism shots. There is also Royal photos/Murad studios. They do AMAZING work with both their photos and videos. There albums are truly one of a kind. I would strongly advise to get a package for both photos and videos from the same person as it can be cheaper. Also, DEFINITELY get an album for each event and make sure that you the albums are not an extra charge. Just words of advice

Do not go for Syed studios at all esp. for video grapher! We got my brother's wedding covered with them and they did a horrible job with the video. The camera was tilted he whole time! and the worst editing with hearts and mountain background and all. Their photography was alright now bad, but nothing special. I've seen aamna siddiquie's work and she did an amazing job.
Oh btw Syed/Murad/Royal studios is the same person running all three and ruining weddings.

I think the people are different. I don't if you guys have attended the Dulhania expo it in Schamburg last year. I dont know where it is this year but it is coming up soon I believe but Syed Studios was also there and it was definitely not the same guy. I think Syed Studios is the husband and wife team right? I really liked my albums and the videos were pretty nice for each event. How long ago did your brother have his wedding done by them? I know they went through a whole revision in 2009 I think
