So what are some PROVEN skin regimens you guys have done or heard of?
Drink LOTS of water - I know this works, I need to seriously start.
Multani mitti - I’ve tried it a few times, and it makes my skin shinier and cleaner looking.. what do you guys think?
Someone told me to mix yogurt in with water and drink a good 4-6 cups of it every day. Supposedly it will give you a “pinkish glow” in 3-4 months. Anyone heard of this?
Another aunty told me to eat an apple everyday immediately followed by a glass of milk - this is suppose to also improve the appearance of your skin - make it glow. Anyone tried or heard of this?
Hmm, I can’t think of any more. I know there are TONS of desi remedies… fill me in!
Also, what are some good face masks for skin? Any unique things you can only get from Pakistan?:khums:

I don’t know if yogurt will give u a “pinkish glow”…but I can see the reasoning behind why it can help make your complexion more clearer. Yogurt contains a bacteria, L Acidophilus, which destroys harmful bacteria and keeps your digestive tract clear. The fewer toxins you have in your body…can lead to a more glowing or clear complexion.
Try drinking a green smoothie. Include more fruits than greens…as the fruits overpower the taste of the greens…and that has helped some people achieve a clearer and more glowing skin…increased energy, etc.
