I doubt you will get a high end designer in that budget. But you can still get something beautiful in that price range. Try Rim Jhim in Clifton, they have some nice bridal outfits.

Oh n wat am i supposed to expect? As in like in rhimjhim do u get styles similar to those showcased in d fashion weeks? Those really beautiful long shirts which r floor length n a lehenga with a train? I know im being really stupid but dats d type iv been really drooling over, n insisted on coming to pakistan fr my wedding
V usually go to india but where i live, indian suits, albeit being equally gorgeous r kinda common now...

OP, go to any of these places:
Jabeen's, Shakeel's and Zardozi (all are on Tariq Road)
Rimjhim and Zardozi in Clifton
Take specific pictures of the style you're wanting. You should be able to get something absolutely gorgeous in 2-2.5 lahks from these places. The long flowing shirts with lehngas and trains is what's in style, so everyone is doing these, that's not going to be a problem to find.
You just want to make sure you pick somewhere that does quality work, and all the above places are top notch.

If you are tall 5 5" and above, the floor length styles would be a bit hard to find in ready made. You can buy fabric from Tariq road or Zamzama and get them stitched by a tailor. Some boutiques at Zamzama might carry long floor length gowns in length 57 inches or more.

Samsons: At zamzama and at tariq road. gorgeous bridal stuff they have got. you can select the designs and styles from the magazines and they will make it for you.
Shakeels: At tariq road
Rimjhim: At clifton
also check Maria B, she does have some bridal variety in your range with light work.
