Re: wedding shoes
uh no. by a few fancy ones to go with your outfits (golds, silvers, multi so they can go with more than out outfit), maybe a few cute flats or more comfortable ones and you should be fine.

To avoid any conflicts later on, I would suggest you try to find out what the budget is and try to get a couple pairs in that range. If you won't have space to pack everything, you could do your shopping when you go there in the summer. Shoes are a lot cheaper in Pakistan (compared to Europe or North America - not sure where you are at) so you'll be saving money.
Assuming you're having your wedding in Pakistan, the other thing is, a lot of people back home don't know how much things cost "abroad". So even if you take stuff from here, they won't necessarily know if it's good or not. There is also more variety in Pakistan and you can get the latest styles.
My sister got married this summer and her in laws asked her to buy everything of her choice. However, the stuff she liked in the States was very pricey when converted to PKR. So she held off on her shopping until she went back and made sure she stayed within the budget.

they gave 50,000pkr for both makeup and shoes.i thnk 10,000 ll be more than enuf for makeup i hav done shadi makeup shoping for my czns in the past 10,000 is enuf.so that leaves 40,000 for shoes i m the kind of person who wd hav 2 ,3 pairs and get great use out of those than to hav a like a tons of shoes which ll then just sit in my closet.
Re: wedding shoes
ur sis is lucky tho i wish they had given me choice to buy everythng by myself.not only shoes and makeup.but its their choice soo yeah.i ws talking to my sis in law and she told me they already got bags and clutches for me and joras and all.
Re: wedding shoes
Just like I advised you in the makeup thread you opened, buy according to their wishes. Ask you soon to be mil exactly what she expecting (heels, sandals, flats,
casuals etc) and then get that according to the budget she'a given you. Now is not the time to try to put money away or allocate those funds towards something else because you'd rather not add more shoes to your wardrobe.
Wether or not it will be a waste or the fact that you will be moving abroad is irrelevant because you've already mentioned they intend on showing off the bari....if these things are important to them, then do your best to act according to their wishes.
