i think that a wedding ring is such a personal choice, don’t go by whats “in”, just get something that you love cause hopefully you’ll be wearing it for a long long time

platinum rings are gorgeous,that too with diamonds!!but i agree wedding rings r a personal choice dont go for whats inn just go for something U like.

i know diamonds are the standard these days, but you should do some research on diamonds before you decide on one.
- they aren't even rare
- the distribution of of diamonds put on the market each year is highly regulated by de beers. one figures states that there are enough diamonds to give each man, woman and child in the US an entire cup full of them.
- the diamond trade is devoid of any morality (see amnestyusa.org)
- and if these reasons arent enough to pass up on diamonds -- most dont appreciate in value like gold does and people are still charged insane prices for a semipreicous rock that has the diamond industry has manipulated us into thinking is a symbol of love/prestige/wealth.
