Its my sisters wedding in a few weeks and me and my brother are rubbish when it comes to buying gifts. We want to get her something that my sister can remember us by, something that she will look back in years times and remind her of us.
She will be moving to another country after her wedding so we want something really special. She is a very girly girl and loves her perfumes but she has plenty of them.
I was thinking of getting her a personlised photobook with pictures of the family but my brother doesnt seem to like that idea very much.
How about getting an artist to commision a painting? she could carry that abroad easily and remember the idea behind it for years to come
the painting can be of her wedding picture or maybe a nice photo of hers or just somethign that means somethign to all of you as a family.

I think a photobook is a nice idea to accompany something else. The painting could work. Or a nice timeless piece of jewelry. Especially if she's girly -- she'll love it.
one of the gift i gave to my bff for her wedding was a scrapbook...i dedicated each page in the book to a person, one for mom, one for dad, one for sister...and so on. she had no idea i was up to that...and oh what she loved the most was good bye letters frm all of us (a group one frm her friends, and thn i got one frm each of her family members...i wish i had pictures to show u how it turned out...but i dont.
Thank you for all the suggestions, I have decided to make a scrapbook of all the family and my brother has chosen a gold ring for her...so it seems we're sorted, yayy!!
