My fiance has literally everything. I can’t get him a watch cuz he owns a really nice rolex which he adores… I want to give him something special and something he will like… I have no idea what!

Ofcourse you can get the obvious which are laptop, any game console like ps3 or xbox or its games, or messenger bag or briefcase from LV, pen from mont blanc, tickets to a sporting event (if he's into sports), shoes from Ferragamo, tie from Hermes, skincare or shaving stuff from Sephora, they have some really good stuff for men, gift certificate to a spa. The best thing to do is figure out what his interests are and get something according to that.

If it helps, he's a pretty down-to-earth, laid back guy. He's not into sports, but he's a gym buff. Not crazy about food items. Not really into video games, books, or other generic interests...
As far as I know, he likes trying out cigars but I hate it when he does and I don't want to encourage it. Hahah... if I had to be honest, I think I am his only real interest [or so I'd like to think]... :)..

Oh God so many threads on gift ideas. I hardly ask anyone when I have to gift something to someone. Coz I follow my heart , whatever I feel like giving him/her. Its like when I think of the person I know what he/she will like and enjoy and will make him/her happy.
Anyway in this case if i were in your place, I would take him or prepare him a dinner , candle light dinner, dont forget to spray a good air freshner. On dinning table, present him flowers (thats the best gift) and a card or more than one cards with some really good lines inside, n thats it. Now if you still want to give some gift too then ....hmmmm... give him the shaving kit if you really like that. Or a shirt with tie that he can wear for work, Studs and tie pin set, Perfume, a office bag, or a laptop carrying case thats if he uses laptop at work and take it with him daily. Thats all I can say for now :)
