Firstly I am glad that I finally joined up, randomly came across this forum whilst bored at work and browsing wedding outfits (getting married in Sept).
Secondly I wanted to ask, are facials necessary prior to your wedding, ie at a beauty salon? or are home made facials just as effective, if not better? What facials would you guys suggest…
I went for a ‘essential oil’ facial at my local beauty salon, felt great at the time but didnt add any additional glow to my face (apparantly I have decent skin anyway) but still it didnt look very refreshed.. hmm..
I don't know if facials suppose to make your skin glow or something.. but last time when i had a facial.. it wasn't so impressive when I came out except I was very relaxed.. but two days later my skin was looking very healthy and this was proved in the photos.. where my sis and I were standing and my skin was looking fresh and healthy and hers was looking dull.. so probably it does something but not anything obvious right after its done.
