Wedding Planning during Work?

Hey People!

So I am just curious to know how many of you are on this forum from work? And when you have a quiet moment at work who is on the net surfing for more ideas? And instead of going out to lunch with colleagues or even for a walk away from you desk - you choose to surf the net for wedding planning??

ME! My coworkers are annoyed w/me, but if I don't get wedding stuff done during my breaks at work, I'll lose my mind.

hehe good to know Im not the only one.. my co workers dont understand why we have more than 1 function haha.. ive stopped explaining LOL!

and they keep saying BUT YOUR SO YOUNG ! haha

I plan when i can :) the joys of Blackberry means i can take my phone to the toilet to and send personal emails as sometimes its hard to open up a hotmail window at work!

However now i have no need to browse the forums for idea's ( apart from looking for a Walima set!) i have banned myself from looking at any others :D stops you thinking omg i wish i had done that!

Everything is MasAllah booked on my end just need to finalise bits and pieces!

i do go out for walks at lunch and call people such as MUA's , event manager , clothes designer, fiance to discuss wedding stuff!!

So guilty of logging on here during work every single day! When I get home, I dont get time to plan and look for ideas! lol...

Im guilty also!!! I have to do research and emails while im at work, i don't get time once I get home. My coworkers have also said the young thing.

If not, theres always artkarat.com, sonoor.com, urbandesignconcepts, aim&sam etc...

Yeah I think most of us if in early - mid 20's will find we have to face that comment a lot.. I mean I just finished university last year and am on the graduate program for work - so for them the concept of me getting married is like whaa?!?!

Nevertheless, their all excited for it - and as typical gora's 'we can't wait to see the bollywood wedding & the lovely indian food' I say 'Pakistani Food' :P

@ Sonia A: when's your wedding InshaAllah.. I am yet to find a MUA yet! Not many choices of Pakistani MUA I might get a trial done with Lebanese - their eye make up always seems so ott?

I am SO guilty of logging on for wedding related stuff during class! I mean my entire class has seen me looking at clothes and pictures. Now I've graduated so I can do it peacefully from my room :D

I'm not looking for gold sets. I have checked these sites and artkarat is a bit too heavy as per the bridal designs and aim&sam isn't responding and the other 2 I didn't like. If you have any others you recommend please do let me know. thanks for ur help!
