hi everyone this is Hina yazdani and i am getting married in feburary 2008 in Lahore. i live in Utah, USA. can you guys tell me some good makeup places/photoshoot places and how much will be the cost. Also if i know what kind of dress i want where can i find a good designer who can put my dress together for me. Thanks alot guys

Madeeha's is awesome for make up, she does it really natural to your skin tone. You should check out her website. For photography, Saleem Hassan Studio is also really really good. He used to work with Shahnawaz, so it's the same style but at a MUCH better price! He's amazing, he's done a lot of our family weddings!

do you of if i have a design for my wedding and Valima dress in mind or if i like one design online. are there some good designers in lahore that can replicate the dress and if so do you know how much it will cost. thanks for sharing

You can get so many vairety of designs in Pakistan, they can copy any design you show them, also good photographer for the photoshoot, as the the makep you'll also find number of them, like Madeeha for makeup and saleen hasan for photo.

i'm not a big fan of allenora's make up. i don't think she blends out the eyes properly. She does really strong eye make up, but you can see exactly where she has put the colour in the crease, where with madeeha she blends it out really well.

def get ur makeup dun by ather shahzad or madeehas dey both r reli gud n dnt make u luk like a drag queen!!!...n photo session i recomend shah nawaz my cuzins pics were jus like wow!!!!!!!!!!!...n he also did the weddin video which was reli impressive..all based in lahore...il try n get the pictures for u..she got her makeup dun by madeeha on first day secnd day at ather shahzad..her weddin dress i tink shes cald sobia mirza..sumtin like dt..if im wrong plz correct me...

Thanks... elements...I really love Shahnawaz's pics but he is too expensive and like your saying if Saleen Hassan Studios can do the same quality for cheaper than that's great...do u have a website I can go to for more info? Do you have Any pics done by him?

I really like Madeehas makeup....as well as Ather Shahzad but he is too expensive and it's more model/fashion make up I guess. Is Ather Shahazad a photographer or make up artist or both? Cuz I have seen him been called both.

Madeehas make-up starts from rs 13,000 if getting it done by assisstant, 20,000 if by her sis Riffat and 30,000 if madeeha does it herself. I asked them the photo shoot prices and they quoted 8000 for just the bride and 15,000 for the couple :=)

Thanks maheen... do you know of any good shops where you can take your design for wedding dress and they can make it for you? i have couple of good designs that i like and want to know who can replicate them. Thanks

so is there a lot of difference between if Madeeha does it herself, vs. her sister Siffat, vs. her assistant? Because there are big differences in prices! Is the sister and assistant as good as Madeeha herself?

does Mighty's salon have a website? I heard they are good with Reds and I am planning to wear red on the shaadi day and a light color for the Walima, or if Madeehas is good with red then should I just go to her for both days? Any suggestions? thx.

Saleem is just like Shahnawaz, he's got a nice studio, or if you prefer he can come to you and he changes the backgrounds (if it's in the hall, and the background isn't as nice) I dont have any pictures of his studio or anything. I do bridal make up myself and i did a photoshoot in pakistan where he took some pictures for me, but he came to where all the models were. you can check it out if you want but it probably won't be of much help b/c they are just close ups of the face. www .elements-ob.com.
He has an office, so when you call him he'll set up an appointment for you to go there and check out his portfolio. He did my sister in laws wedding as well. He also did my walima video and no one could tell the difference between his work and and Shahnawaz (who did my nikkah video) His number is 0300 411 2008 and 0321 4837852 .
I had my make up done by madeeha, and I know some ppl who had it done by her assistant, and there really wasn't much difference. They are trained by her anyway. I haven't seen her sister's work though, so I can't say much for that.
I also know a place where you can have a designer lenga made for much cheaper, and it'll turn out great! Really good quality, and exact design of what you show her. if you are interested let me know, and I'll e mail you her information!
