PM Gilani said in a press conference that this country is already going through many crisis so we're not going to have a large wedding hall reserved for my son's wedding ceremony. Instead President has graciously allowed President's House to be used instead...
Most likely these pictures got out through SOMEONE attending the wedding and a relative to either bride or groom. President's house was NOT built by PRIVATE PARTIES whatsoever. It's NOT a private house or a place so ANYTHING that happens in that house, I as a taxpayer have rightful damn questions to know about that. If the ceremony was held in some drawing room of some privately owned house and being paid for by private money instead of Government Money, I wouldn't have any issues. Now, I don't know for sure WHOSE money was spent on this whole facade? my money or theirs. You may not question the integrity of your leaders but I, along with many others I hope, will question and have every damn right to criticise anything and everything that happens in the life of a person who chairs a PUBLIC OFFICE. See that's why these ranks and designations are called PUBLIC OFFICE because what happens in those offices is every CITIZEN's right.
Anyone trying to sanitize or condescend this topic with moral and religious overtones gets my condemnation.

My elder brother’s marriage ceremony is to take place somewhere in December of this year. I came to know that some marriage functions were held in the President House recently. I’ll be really grateful if our information minister or any other authorities concerned will let me know weather the President House will be available in December this year as I want to celebrate this marriage in the President House. I will be glad to know the expenditure to cater almost 500 people for this function.

Sorry but I do not consider this letter and its support sensible. Instead I consider it a weakness of thinking.
The photographs clearly show the flag of President of Pakistan in the background. The pics also show the unique portrait of Quiad e Azam (Normally people do not put Quaid's photos in the drawing rooms... do they?)
These thugs and looters must be shown clearly to the nation. They are looting us and sucking Pakistan like leeches. All they do is enjoy and come bark on PTV about their stupidities. I don't understand which world do they live in.
They are making fun of Pakistan by having a wedding there. Thank you MR. 100% !
