Yes Quetta does have DJ’s and if you book with Serena then they can guide youaccordingly as I personally don’t know anyone.

About City Hall: yes its indoor and most probably they have heating system. Maxit can accommodate = 300 pax

Serena can accommodate upto 1000 pax

oh awesome. seems that Serena is very helpful!! and that is good to know that it accommodates more…the website said 250 (but i guess that was for the package only)
