Getting married in muhharam or ramadhan means nothing. Islamically there is no such thing as days when we are not allowed to ,marry and as stated before. What's haraam will always remain haraam no matter on what day. Don't assume that you will get less ghunna for having music/dancing/gender-mixing on any other day then ramadhan or muharam. It's a wrong and haram thing to do anytime of the year, but ofcourse people are more cautious during these monthes because they want their ibbadat to count (you want your roza\s and worship to be good).

It bothers me that we say these things and then slowly it becomes a custom and next thing you know people are saying ITS HARAAM TO MARRY IN MUHARAM. It's quite ignorant, especially when we have all the rules so well set out in Islam. Culture/religion is two different things!
