Hey, I am getting married in early April & am in the same boat as you. I recently came back from Lahore.
Libhas-e-khas is very good for bridal clothes, it's in liberty I ordered my clothes from there :)
Also timing for clothes may be a problem as designers need at least 3 months for clothes prep. However Maria B is very good and Karma.
venue wise Lahore has amazing wedding halls/hotels, I personally visited royal palm, PC, Avari hotel and zafar marquees it's all a fact of personal taste but overall I prefered PC because of it's service and management.

I had a wonderful experience with Allenora. She made my deeply sunken small eyes look way dramatic and bigger. Loved the base as well no caking.. If you are some one who wants a traditional enhanced look . I will recommend Allenora. But if you like an angelic porcelain look with smoky eyes , you can go for Madeehas. Both are good. I don't have any idea about mariams.. she charges alot of money for barat make up 45 with services. I'm not in favor of spending too much on mere make-up. I have seen real brides of mariam .. they look just alright to me.
