it does look like a lighter version and 4 lakh is alot of money plus many designers sana safinaz, nomi and hsy will make u a dress in 2-3 months!! i would suggest to email him and let him know you are disappointed and will be writing an honest opinion here (send him the link of the forums ) if he doesnt work out a solution as he took full money from u and provided u lesser than the original u expected !! and offer to remove the thread if he does agree on something! if not please write a review and warn other members…

I also don't think writing to him will result in much happening. Customer service is laughable in Pakistan at best and non existent usually so all that will happen is you might get some closure from sending off an angry email. Nothing wrong with that but please don't expect anything along the lines of an apology, much less a refund. Let's be real here.
What I don't understand is why, despite repeated horror stories of unprofessional behaviour and outrageous charges, you girls keep ordering your bridals, sight unseen, from all kinds of "designers". I get that it's not possible for everyone to visit Pakistan to order a bridal but then look for something locally made to where you are so you can control the process and have some
accountability over the person you are ordering it from, OR work in a trip to Pakistan into your wedding budget and make it happen if you must.
