here is how i lost weight

i was kind of chubby before my nikkah ( march 2009)
just two weeks before my nikkah i went on the subway diet....i would get a foot long subway and have them cut it in three parts...i would space that out through the whole day lunch dinner and somewhere in the middle..

breakfast :

-i usually had tea (not special tea just your normal everyday milk and tea bag with one teaspoon of sugar tea) in the mornings at breakfast sometimes but not always with half a toast

lunch:

-1/3 subway sandwich somewhere between 11-1

middle:

-1/3 subway sandwich somewhere between 3-4

dinner:
-1/3 subway sandwich somewhere between 6-7

nothing to eat after 7

if i get hungry after 7 to this day i may have a glass of milk or tea but nothing to eat

by nikkah i was at a weight that was tolerable for a bride

aftr nikkah i kept up my diet so that by rukhsat time now i literally look like a model

after nikkah for 1 month straight whenever i ate i would eat nothing but boiled rice and fish or subways... i would not eat until i was about ready to fall over from hunger and i would not fill my tummy thorri si bhuuk rakhti thi end mein and i would have to eat every 3-4 hours but nothing after 7 PM i would only have fluids after 7 PM

then in one month time i was at a weight that i thought would look just great on rukhsati so i went back to eating everything but once again wouldnt eat till i was ready to fall over from hunger was angain not filling my tummy but keeping myself just a tad bit hungry causing me to need to eat every 3-4 hours which i did and did not eat nything after 7 only had fluids...by rukhsati time which was 9 months after nikkah i had a gorgeous body i was not heavy around the hips or thighs anymore m slim all over and my jawline has an awesome cut...

the key is since you have two months in the first month focus on subways and in the second month eat everything but only eat when u are abt to die of hunger and when you eat do not overeat or fill your tummy leave a lttle bit of hunger eat again after 3 hrs but never eat after 7 PM only have fluids... i did not do much exrecise except maybe dancing to bollywood songs once or twice a week for an hor or two... but if you religgiously walk or dance i guarantee you will have wonderful results by the time you are about to be a bride
