Given the karachi weather these days..lawns are preferred all year round generally (apart from rainy days which are few and far in between)
Apart from Subzazar on Shahrah-e-Faisal, there are Lalazar lawns as well as Kashmir Lawns on Kashmir Road.
There are some pretty decent lawns/halls in North Nazmabad as well on both sides of the road from Sakhi Hassan till KDA Chorangi 
…and if the cash outlays permits, try and get hold of Marriott or PC’s Poolside :~)

although Marroitt/PC/Regent Plaza are nice and comfy but you would have too get their dis-tasty/avg food, all other marriage lawns offer you the flexibility to bring any food caterers (cooks)-such as the famous Rajpoot or the Pakwan Center for your paries.
*Sadquain Lawn in Glushan (near Nipa) and Sky-Inn in North-Nazimabad are also nice and bigger in size.

hye everyone
im getting married in july ( too hot ) and i have no idea
about the halls and the caterers in karachi ,,
i reside in dubai and have no idea where to start from its very comlicated
i saw suggestions for the wedding halls but would appreciate it if some one could suggest an A/C hall some where within defence not extreme far
and also could give me the rates as well ,,, i will be going to khi in march to finalise everything so needed some suggestion's and is it possible to suggest
a hall that could be equally near by a good parlor i mean shouldnt be too far from the wedding hall i guess ....
i have heard about acropolis can some one please give me the rates for the
hall accodingly . i mean with catering or without catering and what all that
is a must to know when it comes to money ........
i can give a figure may be around 150 people and yes please please please
pretty please can some one give me agood parlors suggestion i have seen the
threads but im confused about the cakey face and how they treat the brides
and all so i would appreciate some real pics of brides done at different parlor
which makes it easy for me to decide how i wanna look at my big day
and yeah i just wanted to know if you guys have any idea where can i find
a good bridal store where i can give a design of my choice and they can buy the material and stitch it up accoridngly i guess that makes one save a lot than going for designer wears or ready made dresses
