I have two questions:

  1. Does anyone know any empty plots or halls that can cater to 1000 people (minus the hotels: PC, Sheraton as well as PAF Museum). Preferably located either in Defence/Clifton or PECHS, KDA area.

  2. Are there any designers that make shaadi dresses for under 1 lakh. I refuse to spend above that amount over a dress to wear for one night!

I would appreciate lots of ideas and responses. Thanks guys =)

1) Don't know exact plots but i am sure you must be able to find plenty such at dha phase 4, 5, etc. Cuz everytime i am passing from these areas, i see grand weddings happening there.

2) Very Unlikely. But may i suggest that you can perhaps talk to a designer and let him/her know abt your reservation on budget and that you can do with a not so heavy outfit so they may be able to adjust. The thing is you are MasAllah planning for a huge wedding (considering number of guests) and i am not sure if having not a very elaborate dress will look good. But its your call at the end of the day.

but at time you find really pretty dresses under 1lakh. I guess you shud try Zardozi, Jabeen, Shakeelz at tarik road and also in defence.
