The high pony looks classy as long as there isn’t any loose bangs coming out. I asked a hair stylist to do the updo for my nikkah dawat and she said it was quite simple to do. You can wear the brooch with the updo look if you want

swap the mehndi hairstyles around. So for your mehndi go for something more traditional like a paraanda or french plait. Have the ash hairstyle on their mehndi as that will suit a lengha but sweep it to one side so you can show off your lovely earrings.
High pony is perfect for wedding, however on the walima go for an updo as madinahme has shown above because the brooch will look better that way. What are you wearing on the walima btw?
