Wedding gift ideas? Groom to bride.

Hello ladies!

I am getting married in December and I’ve been trying to decide on a wedding gift for my better half.

What are some of the more common wedding gifts? Is it a ring, bracelet or a pendent?

Also, any ideas/places in Europe or some good online stores I can look at to find something? So far, I’ve only looked at Tiffany but I’m not even sure what girls like these days.

If I go for a ring do you think something like this is OK or too cheesy?:

I know she’d be wearing it for the rest of her life (hopefully) so I want to be really careful in choosing.

Budget-wise I think I’d be willing to go up to 2k USD.

You can know about your fiance's choice better than anyone here. But if you ask, personally a heart shaped jewellery item would be a little cheesy for me.
A simple but elegant item would be the thing a girl would love to wear all the time, like something from Tiffany's solitaire collection. In a 2k USD budget you can get hold of a decent pendant and ear-ring set.
