more a gift just for her, and it’s more practical than sentimental but why not find a guidebook for San Fransisco cause I’m guessing she’ll be new to her surroundings over there.

Another idea is to just give the photo album on the day and then have something bought online and sent to her new house/home when she gets there?

Along those lines, tickets to a show in San Francisco would be nice. Or a nice restaurant. A lot of these places allow you to purchase vouchers online.
