So didn't get a chance to read through your whole story, sorry. But I'm getting married soon too and wedding entrance is kind of a huge deal for me as well. Most of my friends wont be able to make it so what i did is just pair all the cousins up. So they will be walking in pairs, I might think of a color for all the bridesmaids. maybe one color with different shades. and they'll all be holding small bouqets in their hands. I'm a bit confused .. I might make it a bit funny and get the guys to wear big big funny sunglasses .. or some funky hats.. or if i go with sophistication then not.
Also, I'm thinking of playing the song in ZNMD the ending credits song and another song for my entrance.
Anyone got any ideas for slow and nice wedding entrance song? or even just music?? i don't really want some bollywood song playing unless it's really nice
I want a string/ violin version of a Bollywood song playing. Love classical music.

i find this embarrassingly tacky :S elegance makes a bride shine…I watched it without the music, they look like a bunch of monkeys prancing around!!! oh dear oh dear!

***Yes, it is but singing/listening to OSO at the start of a Muslim wedding might miff off the susrali party and may be the bridal party as well. The announcement can be done in the same way with the intros and stuff.
BTW, are the cousins/friends/couples willing to dance at the entrance? ***

My wedding is close to & I too want my entry to be different. I was also thinking that couples enter but by couples I dont mean just married people with their husbands. There are many unmarried cousins & friends and they could pair up as 2 girls or 2 boys or just cousin pairs or friend pairs or married couples anything. They could all be holding something similar which I am still confused about.
In the end, the 2nd last pair would be my eldest bro with wife, 2nd bro (whose single) with some one I havent decided yet, 3rd bro with his wife and then I come in hand in hand with my parents.
I am open to more ideas .. please give suggestions!
I think these sound a little too fussy for me. I want all the attention on me hehee. A simple entrance where I'm led in by just my dad. No one else around me, I would have told them to all take there seats at this point.
