My weeding is going to happen in last week of feb.
Me is very confuse regarding to dress. long shirt or short.
I was thinking make short for walima and long for barat or vice versa.
I hv olive tone skin colour. So going maroon for barat. wt other colour i add except orange or rust. and wt i select for walima as i am thinking Leave green colour. and suggestion or pics regarding that.

Long shirts are still very in in Pakistan.. Although people keep talking about fashion will soon change, i doubt so.. Long maxis dresses were super in during the summer in both Europe and America.. And they will be in next year as well.. it's typical that whatever's in the west, east follows... Therefore a long shirt is a safe choice! :)

I live in Lahore. so thinking same.
Wedding dress cant be changed ever. So i want design like that i can wear again like in the wedding of close one. barat ya walima koi aik put on kr sakn.

have one short made... and one long. nothing wrong with that. i think of short shirt as "traditional" and long shirt as "modern/fashionable" ... my wedding was this past summer and i wore a short shirt for baraat ...since it was a more traditional affair and a long shirt for walima ..which was more of a modern affair. Colors used were also decided with this in thought... so i think maroon for baraat and leaf green .. or a light leaf green would look luvely for walima. Perhaps with purple accents?

and try blue, icy blue would look nice on your tone, as well as lilac
