She Beauty Parlour in Gujrat is a very famous parlour and brides from the whole area try to get an appointment there. Even brides from Kharian prefer to go there for their makeup. Make sure your cousin gets an appointment with the owner of the parlour because she is the best. Asma at She parlour is also really good.
Mona Lisa, Gehne and Keune Beauty parlour (third floor, Al-Fajr towers, near the Gujrat bazaar) are a few other ones in Gujrat.
Morning Glory, Beauty Spot, Mehwish, Splendour Lady Salon are good ones in Dina, Jhelum.

The owner of **Splendour Lady Salon **used to work in Lahore before she came to Jhelum. She is really good in doing makeup. They have their own photographer who takes really awsome pics right after the makeup is done.
Morning glory also has photographers who take excellent photos with nice backdrops.
You can also ask makeup artists from Lahore to come to Gujrat. I believe there are very few who'd like to travel.
